Every yard's different, so we don't post flat prices on the site. You text or call, we run the property through our measuring software to get square footage and obstacle count, and you get a per-visit number back usually within a few minutes. No hourly meter, no sneaky add-ons on the invoice.

Fastest way is to text the address to (208) 604-0047. You can also call, or hit us through the form. We measure most properties from a computer using satellite imagery, so quotes are usually back within minutes — no walkthrough required. If your property's complicated, we'll come look in person.
Each route runs the same day of the week. We do our best to keep you on that day every week — once in a while we have to bump someone because of weather or a big job, but we keep it to the same week and text you so it's never a surprise.
Light rain we'll usually still mow. If it gets wet enough that we'd start tearing up the lawn or leaving ruts, we push you to the next dry day and text you that morning.
Nope. Mowers, trimmers, blowers, gas, water, even our own trash bags — we bring all of it.
Cash, check, or card. Weekly routes get invoiced once a month. We don't take Venmo, Zelle, or any of the app stuff.
Yep — licensed, bonded, insured. If your HOA or property manager needs the paperwork on file, just say the word and we'll send it.
Yeah, one-time stuff is totally fine — single mow, single cleanup, a tree we need to trim. Or you can get on a weekly route and forget about it. Up to you.
Yeah, we use a simple seasonal service agreement so you and us are clear on scope, schedule, and per-visit pricing. It's not a long-term lockup — you can stop service when you need to. We just want it in writing.
