Mowing.
Sharp blades and the right cut height for the time of year. Short in spring so the lawn wakes up, taller through August so it doesn't fry. Stripes show up on their own.

Trimming.
Around fences, posts, tree wells, swing sets — wherever the mower can't get to. We hold the trimmer flat so the edges read mowed, not weed-whacked.

Edging.
Driveways, sidewalks, beds — fresh vertical edge every visit. Honestly this is the single biggest reason a yard looks maintained vs. just cut.

Blowing & haul-off.
Clippings off the concrete, leaves off the porch, all the stray junk. Your driveway looks the same as before we showed up, only the grass is shorter.

Residential or commercial.
Single-family yards, rentals, HOAs, small commercial lots. We don't reshuffle days on you. Pick a weekday — that's your day, locked in.

We size up the property from satellite imagery and ask about gates, pets, and sprinkler heads. Most quotes back within minutes.

Per-visit price for the season. Usually same day.

Fresh trimmer line, blades sharpened on our rotation. You don't have to ask.

Weekly. The growth in May and June is faster than most people remember. We'll do bi-weekly in mid-summer if it slows down enough.
We mulch them back into the lawn by default — it feeds the turf and you don't pay for bag dumps. We'll bag if you ask.
We push to the next dry day and text you. Mowing wet just tears up the lawn.
