Weed Removal.
Dandelions in the lawn, bindweed crawling out of the rocks, mulch beds full of weeds. We do one big initial pull to clear everything, then keep it under control with spot-spray visits — we're not re-pulling the whole property every time.
What's included
Scope.
The full list of what's in a weed removal job with us. No upsells hiding in the fine print.
01
Initial full pull.
First visit we go through and hand-pull the weeds in mulch beds, gravel strips, and along the fence — roots and all, not just the tops. Yard comes out reset.
02
Spot-spray maintenance.
After the initial reset, recurring visits are spot-spray only — we hit new weeds as they pop up so they never get back to the same place. Way faster, way less torn-up mulch.
03
Lawn weeds.
Spot spray for dandelion, clover, plantain, and the rest of the broadleaf stuff. No blanket carpet-bombing of the whole yard.
04
Rock + gravel strips.
Along the fence, behind the shed, that gravel strip beside the driveway — pulled on the reset visit, then maintained with spot treatment.
05
Cracks in driveways & walkways.
Pulled and spot-treated. The crack itself we can't fix, but we can keep it from looking like a meadow.
06
Honest about chemicals.
We use the least amount of product that gets the job done. Pet-safe options available — just ask.
How it goes
Process.
Four steps from "I'd like a quote" to "lawn looks great."
01
Scope.
We pull up the property and you point us at the actual problem areas — bed corners, gravel strips, the spot under the swing set. We'll come walk it if you want a second set of eyes.
02
Flat price.
Initial pull priced separately from the maintenance visits. You see both numbers up front.
03
Initial pull.
Day-of, we go through and hand-pull everything. Bagged debris leaves with us.
04
Maintenance schedule.
Recurring spot-spray visits keep the weeds from coming back. Monthly or every couple weeks during the growing season, depending on the property.

Common questions
FAQ.
No. First visit is the big initial pull — beds, gravel, fence lines all reset by hand. After that, recurring visits are spot-spray to catch new weeds before they take over, not a full re-pull every time.
Initial visit is mostly pulling — roots out of beds and gravel. Maintenance visits are mostly spot-spray on whatever's popped up since we were last there.
Yeah. We can run pet-safe spot treatments and time them so the lawn is dry before pets are back on it. Just mention it on the call.
Initial pull once. Maintenance visits monthly through the growing season — sometimes more often in May–July if the property has a lot of bed space or gravel borders.
Nope, and anyone who promises that is lying. Wind drops new seed every week. We keep it under control — we don't eliminate it forever.
