These terms apply when you book lawn care services with Young Buck Lawn Care LLC ("we", "us"). By scheduling a service or accepting a quote, you agree to them.
Quotes vs. estimates
Free quotes are good for 30 days from the date sent. A quote is an offer; it becomes a binding agreement only after both sides confirm scheduling. We reserve the right to revise pricing if the property condition is materially different from what we walked.
Payment
- One-time jobs: due on completion.
- Recurring routes: invoiced monthly for the prior month's visits.
- We accept card, check, Venmo, Zelle, and cash. Late invoices over 30 days may pause service.
Scheduling and weather
Each route runs the same day of the week. We may push to the next dry day for rain or unsafe conditions. We'll text you the morning of any change.
Property access
It's your responsibility to ensure gates are unlocked, pets are secured, and any sprinkler heads or buried lines you know about are flagged before service. We aren't responsible for damage caused by unmarked, undisclosed property hazards.
Cancellation
Recurring service runs under a simple seasonal service agreement so scope, schedule, and per-visit pricing are clear on both sides. The agreement isn't a long-term lockup — cancel by text or phone and we'll finish out any visit already scheduled within the next 7 days, then close the account.
Limit of liability
Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount paid for the service that gave rise to the claim. We aren't liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
Insurance and licensing
Young Buck Lawn Care LLC is licensed, bonded, and insured. Certificates available on request — email youngbucklawncarellc@gmail.com.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Idaho. Any dispute is resolved in the state or federal courts of Madison County, Idaho.
Changes
We may update these terms; the "last updated" date at the top reflects the current version.
