Full yard cleanup.
Sticks, leaves that survived winter, anything blown in. Bagged and hauled — lawn, beds, hardscape, fence lines.

Dethatching.
We pull up that dead matted layer between the grass and the soil. Without it gone, your water and fertilizer just sit on top.

Bed cleanup.
Old mulch fluffed or topped off, perennials cut back, weeds pulled before they seed. Beds get a sharp edge to start the season.

First mow.
Cut low for the first pass to clear out winter dormancy and set the deck height for the rest of the year.

Driveway & sidewalk.
Blown clean. No clippings tracked inside.

We map the yard from a computer first — square footage, beds, equipment access. If it's a heavier-than-usual cleanup we'll swing by in person to nail the scope.
